The Happy Hounds Milo Square Tufted Bed includes a set of 3 channel inserts that go into the baffled sections of the bed. When purchasing replacement inserts for any size, you will receive all three (3) insert for the bed. Please note product will arrive in a slightly compressed state; please allow a few days for product to expand to final size listed in description.
